What we do
TagLoadUp walks you through salik recharge, recharge plate number choices and salik topup questions over email. A short note goes in, a human reply comes out, and you move forward with clarity.
Who it's for
Residents, newcomers to Dubai, families with multiple plates on one account, and visitors who rented a car and now need to figure out how the toll works. If any of that sounds like you, we can help.
How we operate
The service runs from Dubai. Our team answers during working hours (Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00 Gulf time). We keep conversations on the email you provide and only use what we need to reply.
Our role
TagLoadUp is an independent Dubai-based service, operating separately from any toll operator or government authority of the United Arab Emirates. For plate registration, operator-account issues, or ownership transfers, the operator's own support is the right address — we're happy to point you there.
