Checking your salik balance

What to look at before a salik topup — and how we help if the number does not match what you expect.

The quickest way to see the balance

Open the operator app linked to your plate. The current salik balance is shown on the account home. Note it before you decide the amount for your salik recharge.

If the balance looks wrong

  • Give the system up to a few hours after a recent gate pass or recent top-up to catch up.
  • Check that the plate code and number match what is on the physical plate.
  • Compare the amount in the app with the last receipt you have.

How we help

Send a short email from the home page with your plate category and emirate. We cannot access your account on your behalf, but we can explain what the number means, what a reasonable next step is, and when to re-check.

If a top-up did not land

Keep the receipt or confirmation reference from the channel you used. Share it with us by email and we help you figure out whom to contact to trace the payment.
