Who we are
TagLoadUp is an independent service operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with any toll operator or UAE government authority. Trademarks mentioned anywhere on this website belong to their respective owners.
What the service does
We help you understand your options for a UAE toll balance top-up. The guidance is informational. The actual payment is completed by you through the operator or the payment channel of your choice.
Your part
- Give an email address that you check.
- Share only the information needed to answer your question.
- Do not use the service for anything illegal or for someone else's account without their permission.
Our part
- Reply within one working day during Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00 Gulf time.
- Keep the conversation on the email you provided.
- Point you to the operator when a question is outside what we can answer.
No guarantee of outcome
Guidance is given in good faith based on what you share. Final decisions, payments and account changes happen on the operator's platform. Timing of a top-up appearing on your account depends on that platform.

We may update these terms. The latest version lives at this URL. Significant changes are summarised on the home page for a week.
